[Video] Don't Leave Family Forest Owners Out on a Limb

Members of Congress are putting together the federal budget for 2012, and there's no question that there will be some painful funding cuts.  In fact, many important programs are on the line.

One question on my mind is whether Congress will keep the programs that give Tree Farmers tools needed to keep their land healthy for future generations.

If forest health programs are defunded, family forest owners and communities will have a more difficult—and more expensive—time protecting their land against pests and invasives.

Our leaders in Washington, D.C. should continue to fund forest health and stewardship programs. Take action now to keep your woodlands and millions of other family forests healthy.

Check out AFF's new video that tells the story about just how vital forest health and stewardship programs are to ensure that all Americans continue to enjoy the many benefits that come from private forests.
